How much to give?
With us the group pays one price for the room. If you want to give a complete game, take the group price on the right.
Covering just one spot? Then the value per person counts: inviting one person to a game of five means giving 27 €. Any other amount works too, of course – the voucher value is simply deducted when booking.
Which rooms is the voucher valid for?+
For all three rooms in Loosdorf: Operation Mafia, The Hunt and The Watchmaker's Secret. The recipients decide for themselves which mission to play.
How is the voucher redeemed?+
Enter the voucher code during the online booking and the value is deducted right away. Alternatively, a short message with the code to office@can-u-escape.at is enough and we take care of it.
Can I collect the voucher from you?+
Yes, very easily. Write to office@can-u-escape.at or give us a call – the voucher will then be ready for you at Europaplatz 10 on the day you choose, as a printed card to hand over if you like. If time is short, we simply send it by email.
How long is the voucher valid?+
The validity period is printed on the voucher itself. If a voucher has just expired, simply get in touch – we usually find a solution.
Can I buy a voucher for a company?+
Yes. For staff gifts or team events we will invoice your company on request – just drop us a line via the team building page.
Is the voucher valid at the Perg location too?+
Vouchers from this shop are intended for Loosdorf. The Can U Escape Perg location has its own shop.
